I loved that the food at the bar was really great and the friendly staff helped make my stay enjoyable. I could easily stroll to Carlow Town Park which is just under 3 km away for a relaxing afternoon in nature.

Room phone disconnected, noisy events interrupt the night!!! Maintenance issues like leaking taps disrupt comfort!!! A lack of proper management responses leaves guests unhappy!!! Some areas are clearly in need of a refresh!!!

What a delightful surprise it was to find the bed was smaller than a single bed, and the noise from the wedding party was just charming at 2:30 am. One might expect complimentary gestures for this kind of experience, but clearly, they think all guests are the same. I almost gave a good review, but couldn’t let that go.
